KAIZEN™ best practices at Bangchak Refinery

Mr. Pativat Tivasasit, Executive Vice President, Refinery Manufacturing Business, Thailand, and his team invited members of Kaizen Institute’s Global Operations as well as members of Kaizen Institute’s Business Units from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Serbia to visit the Bangchak refinery in Bangkok. The group visited the warehouse of the Bangchak Refinery, where Kaizen Institute Thailand has been successfully implementing KAIZEN™ methodologies to improve processes in the refinery plant Sukhumvit 64. On site, the team of Mr. Pativat Tivasasit as well as all members of Kaizen Institute witnessed the implementation of world-class best practices to improve the organization. The Warehouse in the refinery is an excellent example of implementing and practicing Continuous Improvement through the KAIZEN™ Way.
