Kaizen Institute, the world leader for continuous improvement services since 1985 is happy to launch digital edition of our Lean Yellow Belt and Lean Green Belt certification program. The courses consists of webinars, exercises and homework between the live sessions. The body of knowledge and degree of difficulty is on the same level as our traditional classroom course. The course is supported by our large Lean training video collection, Kaizen™ Online. This digital Green Belt course will give you a profound understanding of the Lean approach, combined with broad skills in Kaizen, enabling you to spearhead continuous improvement efforts in your own area of work. The Webinars will contain presentations and lectures, and we will interact with the students during the sessions, answering questions and responding to your comments and feedback. Short breaks will be included to ensure a good experience for all participants. Our course leaders are long time experts in organizing continuous improvement in different industries; e.g. Financial services, Public services, Pharma, Process Industry, Offshore. They will ensure that the content is related and relevant to your own line of work.

The KAIZEN™ Healthcare training program teaches continuous improvement practices in the Healthcare sector. Its main goal is to prepare attendees to implement Improvement Projects through the design and enforcement of improvement solutions in the different areas of healthcare units.

The KAIZEN™ Foundations Certification Program is an introductory program designed to familiarize those with limited or no exposure to KAIZEN™/Lean methodologies to practices that reduce waste, identifies savings opportunities, and engages others to new and better ways of doing work. It exposes the student to a KAIZEN™/Lean Operating philosophy and provides them with the means to support it on a day-to-day basis. Students learn how introductory Lean tools foster a waste-free, customer-centric work environment. For those familiar with KAIZEN™ training, this covers the same course material as our Yellow Belt Training, but in an Online format. The program is delivered online with a live facilitator in a series of weekly modules. Evening programs will consist of two hour modules held once or twice a week, and Day programs will consist of 3 hour modules held once or twice a week. Please contact us if you wish to participate in the program, which runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings over the course of 7 weeks. The program will be scheduled for start when at least 8 students are registered!

Daily KAIZEN™ Sprint Series online is a set of 10 interactive, practical and live 2-hour workshops that provide the participants with the knowledge and hands-on experience of Daily KAIZEN, its key concepts and tools. After successfully finishing Daily KAIZEN™ Sprint series, all its tasks and requirements, the participants will receive Kaizen Institute's Daily KAIZEN™ Practitioner Certification.

The KAIZEN™ Logistics and Supply Chain course teaches attendees to optimise logistical operations. The goal is to develop the skills needed to design and implement solutions to improve logistical processes. This will contribute to the increase in profitability in storage and transportation processes.

The goal of the seminar is to get acquainted with the TPM® system (8 columns), the TPM® major losses and the methods of autonomous maintenance. Participants can; contribute to the implementation of TPM®; prevent production disruptions, by applying KAIZEN™ methods and additionally know that comprehensive data collection (visual management) is necessary to combat disruptions.

Understanding KAIZEN™ and how to implement sustainable within your workplace 2. Understanding of KAIZEN™ Change Management Model 3. Able to utilize the four main approach of Plan-Do-Check-Act 4. Able to use common KAIZEN™ tools such as gemba, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Operating, Daily KAIZEN™ whilst learning KAIZEN™ tools and techniques, as well as their practical application in the workplace. KAIZEN™ tools seek to solve problems through scientific methods, based on teamwork. It is a daily improvement of all employees and all company operations.
