KAIZEN™ controlling je moderan trening koji pokazuje vezu između dve filozofije u biznisu, nemački controlling i japanski kaizen. Cilj treninga je da ljudi u proizvodnji dobiju znanje o osnovnim principima obe filozofije, i njihovoj vezi. Na prvom delu obuke se radi obnavljanje osnovnih pojmova ove dve filozofije, cene koštanja i capex analize. Cost management je sledeća tema, preko koje će polaznici dobiti znanja o naprednim tehnikama upravljanja troškovima kao što su ABC i Target costig. Our Black Belt Certification is the third and final course in our program. This course teaches advanced Kaizen/Lean concepts and facilitates a professional level Continuous Improvement program at participant's sites.The program is comprised of two parts. The first 4 day session where the Lean tools are examined is held in Toronto from September 18-21, 2018. This classroom training is followed by a practical application of these tools back at the workplace. The second 4 day session goes in-depth on coaching and communication and will be held in Toronto from December 4-7, 2018. Students must be prepared to attend both 4 day sessions and complete the practical application process to be certified.
