Objectives

Participants will understand the significance of education and training for the implementation of improvement projects. They will learn methods and techniques to coordinate and manage teams to achieve successful improvement projects. They will be able to work out and implement training and improvement
workshops.

  • Target dissemination process: “From target to measures”
  • Organisation, Road map, History map
  • Build-up of training schedules, trainer guidelines as well as training documents
  • Visual management (Build-up of team boards)
  • Motivation of team members
  • Teamwork, Facilitation of KAIZEN teams
  • Control of problem-solving processes
  • Practice-oriented presentation exercises

Who should attend

Anyone who informs and trains others as part of a change process. Anyone involved in production, maintenance, planning, quality management, technical services, education and training, continuous improvement as well as KAIZEN operatives.
