Kaizen Customer Spotlight

Kaizen Institute New Zealand has been working closely over the past year with Rotorua District Council (RDC), whose work lean government efforts are documented here. The New Zealand Society of Local Government Managers recognized RDC with the “Building Organizational Capability” award on 11th of September 2012 based on their application of Lean principles to continuously improve the delivery of services to taxpayers. Congratulations to everyone at RDC!

Enrollment is open for the 12-month "Master's Degree in Kaizen" jointly designed and taught by Kaizen Institute and the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University. This fully-accredited program includes 4 weeks of instruction on campus, a study mission to Japan, and a project to apply operational excellence. Graduates earn a Master of Business Operational Excellence and a six sigma black belt. Learn more >
