Sharing experiences is a wonderful way to learn, and the Operational Excellence Case Study Competition 2012 organized by Kaizen Institute India is truly an unsurpassed opportunity to see what 27 leading companies in each city are achieving with kaizen, TQM, six sigma, TPM and various other Operational Excellence approaches.
Built around the two themes of "Take Waste Out" and "Keep Waste Out", the competition will be held in the 3 cities of Bengaluru (July 24), New Delhi (21 August) and Mumbai (24 August). Kaizen Institute has partnered with the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University to develop and deliver a unique, 12-month "Master's Degree in Kaizen". This fully accredited program will require 4 weeks of on campus instruction, a study mission to Japan, and the completion of a kaizen / lean / six sigma project implementation. The successful candidate will earn a Master of Business Operational Excellence and also a six sigma black belt. Learn more >
Kaizen Institute Romania partnered with the non-profit organization Clean Up Japan to conduct the 2nd successful "5S in the City" event. A team of citizens, consultants and foreign guests worked together to beautify the city and learn the spirit of kaizen. Please watch the YouTube video.
