Gemba Kaizen 2nd Edition in Final Draft
The revised and updated chapters for Gemba Kaizen 2nd editing are complete! We are now finishing the the last few new case studies. Scheduled to be published by McGraw-Hill mid-2012, the 2nd edition of Masaaki Imai's classic book will contain more than 100 pages of new content including new kaizen case studies of:
- supply chain transformations,
- hospitals, banks, government and retail, and
- reflections by lean leaders on the past two decades of kaizen.
