TPM is a continuous improvement strategy for asset care for all manufacturing and office equipment. The Introduction to TPM course will enable participants to understand and apply TPM through the practical deployment of TPM methods on a selected asset within the Coca Cola plant at Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Two separate Introduction to TPM workshops are being offered, on March 5 - 9, 2012 and on March 15-19, 2012.

In this free webinar, Kaizen Institute senior consultant and former Toyota Group Leader Steve Burkhalter will contrast the leadership paradigms of traditional supervisors and lean supervisors. He will define the 10 Standards of daily lean supervision and how to sustain them. Steve will also discuss how supervisors can improve their own performance and promote lean just by focusing on the 5 Key Needs shared by all employees. Steve will also answer questions at the end of the webinar.
