Upon receipt of registration, participants will be sent confirmation and an invoice for remittance. Payment will be due upon receipt.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund will be given for cancellation received in writing before 17 September 2008. After this date, EUR 1’000.- will be charged, however, all seminar materials will be sent to those persons.
The fee does not include VAT or possible pending bank expenses. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer does not assume any liability for personal or property damages. Participation in the supporting acts/ program is voluntary. KAIZEN Institute reserves the right to make changes to the program.
