Upon receipt of registration, participants will be sent a confirmation letter, a travel request form, and an invoice for remittance. Payment on the invoice will be due upon receipt. The travel request form must be returned 2 weeks prior to the program start date to ensure that hotel accommodations are appropriately booked. To facilitate your travel planning participants will receive a detailed agenda for the program 3 weeks before the tour start date. Our touring partners reserve the right to exclude competitors. Taking pictures during the company visits is not allowed, but KI will provide each participant with pictorial documentation. Written cancellation is accepted without penalty if received 30 days prior to the event start date. Cancellation received 14 days prior to the start date will result in a forfeiture of half of the participation fee; if received within 14 days of start date, the entire participation fee will be forfeited. The fee does not include VAT or possible pending bank expenses. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer does not assume any liability for personal or property damages. Participation in the supporting acts/ program is voluntary. We reserve the right to make changes in the program
