Objectives

Participants will learn the methods and tools of TFM (Total Flow Management) and SCM (Supply Chain Management). Participants will learn to visualise, analyse and evaluate the flow of material and information using the VSM (Value Stream Mapping) method. They will develop an ideal flow on the basis of practical examples and create a plan for the implementation of measurable objectives.
