Upon receipt of registration, participants will be sent a confirmation of the registration and an invoice for remittance. Payment on the invoice will be due upon receipt.
To facilitate your travel planning participants will receive a detailed agenda for the program 1 week before the tour start date. Our touring partners reserve the right to exclude competitors. The policy of taking pictures may vary among the touring partners.
Cancellation policy: 100% refund will be given for cancellation in writing received before October 1, 2008. After this date, 2’000 Euro will be charged. However, all materials will be sent to persons who cancel after October 1, 2008.
The fee does not include VAT or possible pending bank expenses. Participation is at your own risk. The organizer does not assume any liability for personal or property damages. Participation in the supporting acts/ program is voluntary. KAIZEN Institute reserves the right to make changes in the program.
